The 1st Annual Pumpkin Man Contest
Participating New Hope Borough Merchants will express their New Hope Halloween spirit by creating a Pumpkin Man for display at their location.
Pumpkin Men will be unveiled October 15th & on display until Oct 31st. October 31st, online votes will be tallied and prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place. Voting deadline is midnight Oct 30th.
